As an indication of how much we love the Cypriot way of life, when Robyn and the kids had to choose a destination for a last-minute spring vacation, they quickly decided on Cyprus.  We again based ourselves in Lofu - an UNSECO stone village tucked into the mountains about an hour drive from Limassol.  On this trip we visited our old friend Xenios and his beautiful family.  We also returned to the Troodos Mountains and played in the snow under the Cyprus trees.  As we often find, our best moments are just wandering the village's cobbled streets, eating at local tavernas, and trekking the local country trails.
